2) Exterior Package*: $25.00

• Includes 5 hi-res digital exterior shots on CD
• Upload to MLS

3) Whole-House Package*: $30.00

• Includes 20 [or all rooms] hi-res digital interior and exterior shots on CD
• Upload to MLS
• With staging: $50.00

4) Website Package*: $20.00

• Includes adding all of your photos to any additional website you would like, no limit on number of sites!

5) Brochure Package*: $75.00

• Includes Whole House Photo Package
• 6 page custom, full color brochure for your listing on CD - you print or I can arrange for printing and delivery, you pay printing costs

6) Slide Show Package*: $60.00
These disks are great to place in the home for potential buyers to take with them along with or in the place of a brochure. The custom CD's make a great keepsake gift for your seller once they have moved.

• Includes custom animated slide show with text on CD - 4 Copies
• Additional CD copies are $5.00 each.
• Add custom read verbiage for just $10.00 

* All CDs with packages 3-6 come with custom full color labels featuring a photo of the house and property address.
* Turn-around is 48 hours for packages 1-2 and 72 hours for packages 3-6 (weather/sellers permitting).
* All packages featuring exterior shots include up to 4 seasonal re-takes of exterior shots only.
* Territory includes McHenry County and parts of Lake, Kane, & Cook counties...some listings may incur an additional travel charge.
